Position: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Lilongwe Branch
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff (receivers, stockers, pickers etc.)
- Oversee receiving, storing, and shipping of inventory
- Ensure accurate inventory management and control
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols
- Monitor and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Manage inventory discrepancies and resolve issues
- Collaborate with logistics, production, and procurement teams
- Meet productivity, quality, and safety targets
Qualifications, Skills and Attributes
- 2+ years of warehouse supervisory experience
- A minimum of MSCE
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
- Supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
