Job Overview

The Front Desk Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a professional, warm, and efficient reception experience while supporting daily front office operations.


The Role

  • Welcome and assist guests upon arrival
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about lodge services
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly
  • Maintain a professional and friendly front desk environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Respond to guest needs and resolve issues effectively
  • Maintain records and manage bookings where necessary
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a receptionist
  • Diploma in Hospitality or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional, warm, and helpful personality
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems
