Job Overview
The Front Desk Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a professional, warm, and efficient reception experience while supporting daily front office operations.
The Role
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about lodge services
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Maintain a professional and friendly front desk environment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Respond to guest needs and resolve issues effectively
- Maintain records and manage bookings where necessary
- Ensure smooth communication between departments
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a receptionist
- Diploma in Hospitality or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional, warm, and helpful personality
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems
