Position: Lecturers In Accountancy (2 Posts)

Hilltop Academy is an international high school located in Blantyre–Limbe, offering the Cambridge curriculum at both IGCSE and A Level and is in the process of introducing certificate in accountancy. The school is seeking to recruit highly motivated and experienced Lecturers in Accountancy to join the academic team.

Lectures in Accountancy 2 positions

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Develop ACCA-aligned curricula and learning resources.
Teach ACCA subjects.
Prepare students for ACCA exams through tutorials, mock tests, and study resources.
Collaborate with ACCA tutors and industry partners.
Provide academic guidance and career mentorship.
Participate in research and professional development.
Assist with accreditation processes.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should possess a minimum of bachelor’s degree in the relevant field or related field (Professional qualifications like ACCA preferred).
Strong teaching, research, and strong communication and digital skills (Excel, accounting software)
Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Excellent ICT skills and ability to use technology in teaching.
Well-organized, professional, and committed to student achievement
