Robray Limited Company, Malawi’s leading foam and mattress manufacturer, is seeking a highly professional and result-oriented individual to join the Sales & Marketing team as a Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting strategic business targets.

• Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries via walk-ins, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Engage walk-in customers within two minutes and explain products and promotions.
• Coordinate with warehouse for stock confirmation and ensure accurate communication.
• Personally deliver sales documentation (sales orders, delivery notes, invoices) to the warehouse and maintain records.
• Update customers on dispatch of goods.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Identify and follow up on new leads to grow the customer base.
• Prepare reports, analyze data and recommend improvements in sales strategies.
• Adhere to company SOPs.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• Diploma or higher qualification in Sales & Marketing, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in a competitive business environment.
