Position: Head Of Operations (1)

Location: Blantyre

Job Type: Full Time

Target Security Group, a fully integrated multidisciplinary security and facilities management company, is inviting applications from qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following position:

HEAD OF OPERATIONS (1)

Reporting to: General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee group security operational functions
Attend high-level client meetings
Set departmental goals & supervise teams
Manage contractual budgets & ensure financial targets are met
Ensure quality service delivery in line with contracts
Ensure staff training, screening & vetting is completed

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in security management
Higher Diploma in Security Management or related field (added advantage)
Excellent communication & computer skills (MS Office)
Ex-Malawi Defence Force or Malawi Police Service is an added advantage
Exposure to systems security is an added advantage
Valid Driver’s License (MUST)
