‎The Role:

‎Lead talent acquisition strategy, focusing on sourcing senior and specialist local talent.

‎

‎Requirements:

‎Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
‎7–10 years’ recruitment experience (3–5 years in a senior role).
‎Proven success in senior-level hiring and employer branding.
‎Professional HR qualification (IHRM/CIPD) is highly desirable.
