‎position: Training Manager

Central Poultry Limited, Malawi’s largest poultry producer and a vertically integrated multinational food company, is expanding its team in Lilongwe! We are looking for high-caliber professionals to fill the following strategic roles:

‎The Role:

‎Establish and lead the Group training function to drive leadership growth and performance improvement.

‎

‎Requirements:

‎Bachelor’s in HR, Education, or Business Administration.
‎7–10 years’ experience in T&D (3–5 years at managerial level).
‎Proficiency in LMS, e-learning platforms, and training needs analysis.
‎Experience in manufacturing or agriculture is preferred
