Position: Sales And Marketing Executive 


Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the vacant position of Sales and Marketing Executive.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sell advertising time slots on radio and television
  • Finding sponsors for our competitive programmes
  • Leverage the understanding of market demographics, listener or viewer statistics, and advertising trends to craft compelling sales pitches that demonstrate the value and reach of airtime.
  • Responsible for strategic blend of sales acumen, market analysis, and interpersonal skills. Consult clients to determine specific marketing objectives, develop customized advertising packages, and negotiate pricing to finalize contracts.
  • Responsible for formulation of Annual Budgets, Marketing Plan and Implementation
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients show casing the benefits of advertising to our Radio and TV listeners and Viewers
  • Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients to promote radio advertising opportunities
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to secure repeat business
  • Contribute to the financial health of PLFM and GDTV.
  •  Their role demands excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a deep understanding of the media house landscape to thrive in a competitive and dynamic environment

Qualifications, Experience and Attributes

  • Must have at least 5 years of practical experience in a similar position and must be a holder of Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Management from a reputable University,
  • .Excellent Analytical, Interpersonal, Organizational, Computer Skills and must be flexible, disciplined, professional and regulatory compliant
  • Must possess a clean driving license obtained in the last three years
