Project: Ending Child Marriage Mobile Response Team (ECM-MRT)

Reports to: Programme Director

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field.
• At least 5 years' relevant work experience.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, Power BI, SPSS, Epi-Info).
• Experience working with NGOs and donor-funded projects.
• Experience in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and child protection case management.

• Coordinate implementation of the ECM programme at district level.
• Strengthen coordination with government departments and stakeholders.
• Support child protection referral systems and emergency response mechanisms.
• Facilitate district planning, coordination meetings, and programme reviews.
• Monitor programme implementation and prepare quality reports.
• Strengthen Monitoring & Evaluation systems and conduct data quality assessments.
• Build the capacity of Mobile Response Teams and frontline workers.
• Document programme success stories, lessons learnt, and case studies.

• Strong knowledge of child protection and case management.
• Excellent Monitoring & Evaluation skills.
• Strong analytical, research, and report writing skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of ending child marriage and gender programming.
