Chef

Location: Lilongwe, Area 47, Sector 3

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and prepare high-quality meals in line with the restaurant’s menu and customer preferences.
Ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
Manage food inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained efficiently.
Supervise kitchen staff and assist in training junior chefs.
Adhere to food safety regulations and quality control standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or catering environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Excellent cooking skills and creativity in meal preparation.
Team player with good leadership skills.
Culinary certification is an added advantage.

Waiter/Waitress

Location: Lilongwe, Area 47, Sector 3

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders and serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
Ensure tables are set up and maintained properly.
Provide recommendations to guests on menu items when needed.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

Process customer payments and provide receipts.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional, polite, and customer-service oriented.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Mixologist (Bartender)

Location: Lilongwe, Area 47, Sector 3

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Develop new cocktail recipes to enhance the restaurant’s menu.
Ensure the bar area is clean, stocked, and organized.
Interact with customers and provide drink recommendations.
Follow all safety and sanitation regulations.
Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies.
Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally.

Requirements:

Experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting.
Knowledge of classic and modern cocktails.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus.
