Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Lilongwe Branch

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations and staff.
2. Oversee the receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of inventory.
3. Ensure accurate stock control and timely reconciliation of discrepancies.
4. Monitor stock movement and maintain proper inventory records.
5. Optimize warehouse space utilization and operational efficiency.
6. Enforce warehouse safety, security, and housekeeping standards.
7. Coordinate with logistics, production, and procurement teams.
8. Monitor staff performance and ensure productivity targets are achieved.
9. Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Attributes

1. Minimum Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
2. At least two years of warehouse supervisory experience.
3. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
4. Good leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
5. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets.
