Position: Site Human Resource Manager
Unik Construction Engineering is looking for Site Human Resource Manager for Genda office who will be responsible for overseeing of all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance and performance management to foster a productive workplace.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Recruiting and staffing, managing the recruitment process including job postings, interviewing and hiring new employee to meet organisational need.
- Employee relations, serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, handle grievances and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
- Devising and implement policies to select develop and retain staff
- Performance management: oversee the performance appraisal process including goal setting and performance reviews to ensure employee development and accountability
- Promoting equality and diversity within the business
- Overseeing health and safety policies and staff welfare
- Policy development: develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the local labor laws and regulations
- Management of employee compensations, payroll and benefits programs ensuring they are competitive and aligned with the business goals
- Negotiating with staff and their representatives (i.e, trade union)
- Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management with a minimum of 16 years of experience in Human Resource and working in Construction Project
- Must have a valid driver’s license with 5 years of driving experience.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented and capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously Sensitivity and understanding
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Customer service skills.
- HR Manager typically work in an office setting, with some opportunities for remote work.
